Delegate Pushkin moves to amend Com Sub for HB3042 on page 2, Section 1, line 22, following the period, by inserting a new subsection (d) to read as follows:

  “(c) The provisions of this section do not apply to any federal, state or local non-discrimination law or ordinance.”
